Both this neighbor and her sister treat other people's property like a public park with better amenities. There is a sign, a fence, a locked gate, a covered pool, cameras everywhere, and somehow a grown adult still looks at that setup and thinks perfect spot for an unscheduled family swim

  • They did get arrested and it was handled. At the front of my driveway, there's a very clear sign that says "Private Property - No Trespassing." I also have a fence around my pool specifically to keep people and animals out, and the only way in is with a key to unlock the gate.

  • RIPCarlGrimes As much as I want to say "oh another repeat post", last summer we had a small above ground pool set up in the yard. Nothing special just the inflatable one from Costco. We had 3 teens jump our fence and try to get in. Thankfully I saw the little sh s and chased them off. If you have any kind of "attractive nuisance" people will feel entitled.
